Sandy Pigue
is our Office Administrator and
oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm. She
has been with our firm since 1995, and worked as a paralegal before
assuming the position of Office Administrator. She also works
closely with the Supervising Paralegal in conducting in-service
training for the legal staff. Sandy has extensive experience in all
areas of the firm’s practice and assists as a “back-up” paralegal
when the need arises.

Mary Zelhof
has worked for Morgan E. "Chip" Welch
since 1989. Mary is a Certified Paralegal, and the 2001 recipient of
the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant
award. Mary also serves as the firm's Supervising Paralegal.

Jan
Bonds is
the face behind the voice you hear when you call Welch and Kitchens.
A native to Little Rock, Arkansas, Jan has extensive experience in
the workings of a busy office. She
was in the customer service field for over 20 years before she
came to our firm in 2001.
As our receptionist, Jan's goal is to make sure your
experience with Welch and Kitchens is as positive as it can be, even
before you walk in our door.

Rebecca Louden |

Rebecca Louden is
a Certified Paralegal and has served as paralegal to Tré Kitchens since March 2006. She has worked in the legal field since 1999. Rebecca has extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, administrative law, banks and banking, business, commercial and corporate law, estate planning,
family, criminal and probate law.

Gigia Oman |

Gigia Oman
joined
Welch and Kitchens as a paralegal to Morgan “Chip” Welch in April
2006. Gigia has worked in the legal field since 1995, with
experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and
nursing home litigation. Prior to coming to Welch and Kitchens,
Gigia was a Claims Manager at a law firm specializing in personal
injury claims.

Anna Johnson |

Anna Johnson recently graduated from Hendrix College with a
degree in English. Anna plans to continue her education by going to
law school. She serves as an assistant to Chip Welch and Mary
Zelhof.

Ashley Yielding |
|
Ashley Yielding is currently attending the University of
Arkansas at Little Rock. She is the Document Management Clerk and
handles a high volume of documents. She works closely with the
paralegals and is heavily relied upon for file organization, copying
and scanning documents.

Sarah Marchese |

Sarah Marchese joined our firm in September 2008 and works with
Tre Kitchens and Bryce Brewer. She has worked in the legal field
since 1998 and has extensive legal experience in the areas of
litigation, family law, estate planning, tax, corporate and probate
law.
