Welch and Kitchens, in association with the firms of Cauley,
Bowman, Carney & Williams and John
Walker P.A. have taken on retail giant Wal-Mart
on behalf of African American Truck Drivers throughout the United
States. In a suit filed in the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Arkansas, it is alleged that Wal-Mart regularly
discriminates in hiring against African American Truck Driver
applicants, denying them jobs in favor of less qualified White
applicants with, in many cases, worse driving records in terms of
experience and safety. For a copy of the complaint and more
